Welcome to The Clear Creek Inns III. This unit is a cozy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom in unit A of a duplex with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The home is a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Clear Creek Road and W Stan Schlueter Loop. This fully furnished unit includes a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, two twin beds, 3 flat-screen Smart TVs, full-sized appliances including in-unit laundry, basic cookware and utensils, and dishware for 6. High-Speed Internet is included.
The Space:
This cozy, one-story unit features an open concept living room dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room off the garage. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances. You will find three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds. The bathrooms include a tub/shower combo and include body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and fresh linens.
Guest Access:
Guests have complete and exclusive access to unit A with the exception of one locked closet. The will access the unit using a Yale smart lock that is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property. This property is also Pet Friendly with a fully fenced in backyard. Unit A's driveway offers enough room for two vehicles, with room for one vehicle in the garage. There is room for additional parking on the street to the side of the house but it is limited to availability.
The Neighborhood:
The Clear Creek Inn III is located on a quiet street of other duplexes within an established single family neighborhood. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is a family friendly area with many people with young children so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm.
Getting Around:
A personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Killeen and Fort Hood by car. Fort Hood Clear Creek gate is only 10 minutes away!
Other Things to Note:
In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the washing machine and start the load
3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.
Interaction with Guests:
Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.
Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away!
Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
