1958 Ralph Haver designed home completely remodeled throughout this home is absolutely beautiful. We have decorated mid-century meets modern and you’ll have all the amenities to stay at home to enjoy the tranquility of the back yard and heated pool. The neighborhood is quiet and only 1/2 mile from old town Scottsdale easy to walk or order up a golf cart ride. Our pool is fenced for the protection of your kids we welcome families to stay, visit and enjoy Arizona. Look around you won't find any homes with gated pools for safety. The pool is heated to 85 Degrees, until the warm Arizona sun can take over. There are no hidden cost to you for the heating like other homes. Enjoy the beautifully decorated back yard with a natural gas grill so no need to worry about propane running out when barbecuing, you can go all day cooking a Thanksgiving Turkey. Outside seating on our large dining table for eight is beautiful in the winter day or night you will enjoy What Arizona has to offer. We even have a 1967 Pinball machine to entertain some nostalgia of old school times no quarters needed enjoy the play be kind to the old machine it’s a ton of fun. There are two separate living rooms each has a 65” TV so the kids, guys or girls can enjoy their own shows, sports or space, you’ll have plenty of room to spread out. Each bedroom has a plush comfortable queen bed and there is a pull out Sofa couch with a memory foam mattress in the front living room. We have truly worked to make this a place you will remember and want to come back too.
