Inside the home, the master bedroom boasts a King Size bed, flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet, its own master deck leading out to the spa/pool, and a luxurious master bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in double shower. The first guest bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, while the remaining guest bedroom is equipped with a full-sized bed and a twin-sized bed, making it ideal for families with children.

-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of $500.00/Per Month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
