This lovely 4 BR home offers comfortable and stylish furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, outdoor shower & off-street parking. Restaurants, bars, shops and even water sport activities are just steps away. You can also enjoy this home in the wonderful shoulder season. Book a week or even a "mini-week" in the fall, winter or spring. BONUS: This luxury home comes with bed linen and towel concierge service, so all beds are MADE for you upon arrival. (Sorry, no beach towels.) Owner also provides 2 Dewey Beach Parking Permits in summertime. Sorry, No Pets please.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. Summary: The house worked great for our long weekend getaway to the beach in the off-season! The location could not have been better - we didn't need shoes to get to the ocean, and could walk to restaurants and shops in Dewey. We had 4 adults and two kids (age 6 and 3). The kids' rooms on the first floor worked well for them, and the grown-ups were comfortable in the suites upstairs. We made great use of the many decks, the kitchen had enough space for everyone, and were able to enjoy a few days by the beach comfortably!
