Welcome to the beautiful Three Palms, a luxurious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a private pool, located just a short walk from the beach in a gated community.
This spacious 2000 square-foot home features a split-bedroom design, providing ample space for a large group without feeling cramped. The house includes four bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room and breakfast area, and a laundry room. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels.
Enjoy the luxury of a private pool, perfect for swimming in comfort and privacy. The pool can be heated for an additional fee, especially useful during the winter months. The backyard area boasts many lounge chairs and umbrellas for your relaxation.
The house is approximately 500 yards from a private beach. We offer complimentary Beach Service (two chairs and one umbrella) from March to October. A public beach with free parking and restroom facilities is just 0.9 miles away, next to Pompano Joe’s. Most shopping areas and markets are nearby, including Destin Commons, the Outlet Mall, Whole Foods, and Publix.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a super-quiet dishwasher. For outdoor cooking, there is a large Weber gas grill and a charcoal grill to satisfy your inner chef.
As a single-story house with an attached garage, it can accommodate one car inside the garage and two large SUVs on the driveway. During peak periods, this property requires a 7-night minimum stay with Saturday check-in and check-out.
