Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Cool vibe, very cozy feeling, nice and responsive host. The patio was relaxing to take in all the city sounds and views. Close to awesome places to eat. Seems like a fairly safe area. Some people complained about parking, but there is a nice parking garage 1 block away that costs $10 per day, well worth it. I’d stay there again, the price is right and it’s a cool location.

Negative: The wording in the check in instructions was wrong. I can’t recall what button you had to push to get in, but once I figured it out it was no big deal. The place smells a little musty. Lol. And the upstairs tenants were extremely loud till about midnight.

Summary: Cool place, close to lots of great food joints, some minor downfalls, but overall it was nice.
