•Dining table that can seat 8 + extra seating at Kitchen high top table.
•Open kitchen for easy entertaining!
•Washer & Dryer is in kitchen closet, across from the sink.
•1 Full bathroom
•Sliding door access to back Patio Deck.

•You will need to climb about 1.5 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms.

Our home is set among stately trees, rustic natural areas and carefully planned landscapes to insure privacy and provide a natural backdrop for the brick and cedar architecture.
You will be treated to sightings of deer, ducks, geese, a wide variety of birds and more than an occasional wild turkey. And the fish are big and biting at Emerald Lake as well as the other lakes in our neighborhood.
We are about 8 minutes off of PA 380 and 6 minutes from PA 80.
Uber and Lyft are options to get around as well.
• Absolutely NO FIREWORKS! $750 fine imposed.
• The water in the home is supplied by a natural well, and while it is safe to drink and use without restriction (and very clean), the minerals in the well may sometimes make the water look discolored. The coloration is usually iron, but is safe to drink. If you are uncomfortable with this, we recommend bringing gallon jugs or bottles of water.
• The hot water heater is not a huge one due to the size of the space it is in, so after 2 consecutive showers in the same day you may need to wait a bit so that the hot water can regenerate.
• Fireplace in living room in non working.
• Military personnel get an additional percent off.
• Dogs up to 35 pounds allowed for a fee of $85.00 per pet. If over 35 pounds, exceptions made on case by case basis
• Pellet stove is working. Please reach out to us on how to use. There should also be instructions in the home.
• If anyone is under 18 in group, person making reservation & checking in must be 25+.
• Guests should park facing the street as it is very dark at night, and there is a ditch at the end of the driveway.
• No smoking of any kind on premises. $250 fine
• No more than the number of people booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected.
• Quiet hours from 9pm- 8am. Please be respectful to our neighbors.
• Thermostat- Please leave temp at 50 degrees. It gets very hot in the home!
• We have a Smart TV! You will need to log in with your credentials. Don't forget to log out!
• Trash day is Thursday. If you are staying over night on Wednesday, we would appreciate your help by bringing the trash bins to the curb Wednesday night or Early Thursday morning.
• Unfortunately we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaners schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming nights stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming nights stay.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

Our driveway can fit up to 3 cars. Guests should park facing the street as it is very dark at night, and there is a ditch at the end of the driveway that you could get stuck in. =(
