Open floor plan, incredible modern farmhouse 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with pool and pool house ~1/2 mile from private bay beach. Outdoor shower, imagine showering under the moonlight and stars. Main house has 5 bedrooms. Main floor has 2 bedrooms - One with 1 queen bed and the other with 2 twins. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms - One bedroom has 1 king bed, another 2 twins, and the third with 4 twins. Pool house has just been renovated. Pool house has full bathroom, sitting area, a/c. Expansive patio and lawn, great for lounging by the pool and bbq's. Tables with chairs for 13+ to sit and eat by the bbq. Plenty of umbrellas to provide shade while dining outside or lounging by the pool. House and pool house have wifi. House has 2 tv's, dvd player, cable, and Sonos sound bar. All sheets and towels included. Quiet area, street dead ends at bay beach. Area right before beach is great for kayaking and paddle boarding. The beach has amazing sunsets. Ocean beach is ~6 miles away. Southampton has wonderful ocean and bay beaches, food, and shops. Close to jitney (~4.6 miles away) and train (~4.4 miles away).
