We provide it all for a family freindly vacation in Fenwick Island Delaware. Bayside Community offers, Pools, Splash pad, bar and grill at the pools, kayaking, SUP, 3 restaurants onsite, Freeman Arts Stage, crabbing on the bay, indoor pool and health club. The space boasts 3 bedrooms each with own full private bath, spread out over three levels. Sleeps up to 8 people, can be shared by two families or bring the extended family. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, spacious dining area for 8. Living area with Smart TV, each bedroom equiopped with smart TV, Wi-Fi, linens, bath and beach towels provided. Gameroom, biks and beach/pool toys in the spacious 2 car garage.
**We have two security cameras: 1 at the front door and 1 at the garage entryway. There are no cameras within the home. The cameras are motion activated and begin recording when motion is detected. Cameras are in place for your safety**
You will need to purchase guest passes to the community center to access the pool, gym and tennis courts, beach shuttle. Please mention this at time of booking. Amenity passes are priced per season. Summer- 1 week $85/person and 3 days $55/person (ages 5 and up)- must be used consecutively. Off season 1 week $55/person and 3 days $35/person (ages 5 and up).
No parking permitted in garage. We use this space as a game area.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The host was communicative and easy to reach. We really appreciated her flexibility in offering an early check-in which made traveling to the beach on the Saturday before Independence Day much easier. The house was clean, well stocked, and close to one of the community pools! We would definitely stay here again
