This home is perfect for families visiting their students at Belmont Abbey, or coming to the Charlotte area for a wedding or Panthers football game or just taking in the sights and charm in beautiful downtown Belmont, NC.
The open floor plan features the living room, dining area and kitchen as the central location of the home. 3 of the bedrooms including the master bedroom are on the main level and the 4th bedroom is up a flight of stairs. This home also has a large lot with a fully fenced front and back yard.
Belmont Town Center featuring the new Harris Teeter Grocery is just 2 miles away. This home is very conveniently located.....only 15 minutes to Charlotte Douglas International Airport and right in the middle of all the fun on Lake Wylie, A short 25 minutes to Uptown Charlotte, 20 minutes to the US National Whitewater Center, 25 minutes to Carowinds and 30 minutes to the South Park and Ballantyne areas.
This is a quiet neighborhood. We are fortunate to have law enforcement officers as neighbors on both sides of our home.

Summary: The property was very clean and well-tended to. The rooms (particularly the upstairs) were very spacious, good for kids and large gatherings. The kitchen had all the dishes and appliances we needed to make whatever food we wanted. Our needs were perfectly met, we would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area!
