We have installed Reme Halo in-duct air purification (ultraviolet light) systems in each cottage and pool house bathrooms which has proven to do great with viruses and bacteria.
*Please do not leave a night or two in between reservations as it will result in un-bookable nights. We are small owned and operated family business so we have to maximize all nights especially in our busy time of year.
**PLEASE BRING: pillows/pillow cases, blankets/comforters and beach towels (if needed). Sheets and bathroom towels are still supplied. We supply 'start up' supplies (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap and dish soap) which is usually enough for your stay. Please bring toiletry items along including shower items.
***This cottage has a maximum of 8 people including children/babies. We do not allow day guests unless previously discussed with us beforehand. Pool access starts the day you arrive at 4PM and ends the day you check out at 11AM.
Our Handicap 'accessible' cottage provides three spacious bedrooms with a full bathroom connected to each one. The master bedroom houses two queen-size beds; one in the loft and the other on the lower part of the room, along with the master bathroom featuring a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with grab bars. The second bedroom is complete with a queen-size bed, TV, a desk to catch up on work, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi® tub and shower combination. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower and tub combination. An open kitchen, dining, and living room will have you feeling at home. The living room includes a large microfiber sectional couch, remote gas fireplace, and 55'' Smart TV.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not officially Handicap Friendly as we are short a few details and would like to make it as straight forward on this as possible: we do not have a pulley system to get in and out of the master bed, there aren't any guards on the master bathroom sink and there is a small threshold to get over when using the ramp to go in the back door to get into the cottage.
Cottage offers: A fully equipped kitchen including standard 12 cup Mr. Coffee pot, toaster, blender, George Forman grill and more. Remote gas fireplace, 55'' Smart TV in living room, 42'' TV in master bedroom, 42'' TV in Second Bedroom, DirecTV, WIFI, DVD player, Screened in porch and a gas grill next to the driveway for Summer/Fall use.
DollyBrook Resort is nestled away in a remote idyllic 40 acres of woodland and countryside near Saugatuck (7.5 miles) and South Haven, MI (14 miles). We're far enough from the hustle and bustle of surrounding cities and villages to be peaceful and relaxing, but close enough to take advantage of all the exciting attractions. restaurants and activities.
*Pool is open June 1 - September 5th (or Labor Day weekend). It may stay open later depending on weather but is not guaranteed (please verify with us first).
**Check-In is at 4pm, no early arrival please. Usually the day we have Guests checking out, we have new Guests checking in so we need that time to get the cottages ready. We have multiple units so there are usually quite a few cleanings in one day. We do ask that you complete the Check-Out Procedures located in the cottage before you leave and leave it in good shape.

—Gas grills, firewood and chairs for the fire pits are seasonal. They are available for Summer and Fall use as the grills, picnic tables, firewood and chairs for the fire pits get put away for the winter. You certainly may bring firewood and lawn chairs in the Spring or Winter if you’re interested in having a bon fire.
—We have 4 communal fire pits. If you plan to be out by the fire pits a lot, we ask that you please pick up some extra firewood to make sure you have enough for your stay. We are still supplying some firewood/set up the fire pits with fire starters but have seen a very large increase in wood used and have to make sure we have enough for the year. Also, please be considerate of other Guests and not take wood or fire starters from other fire pits so others can enjoy.
