Located on 417 East 19th ave unit #510 5th floor. Kitchen is up-graded with granite, new cabinets and new appliances including a 2 in 1 coffee brewer and k-cup coffee maker. Bedroom has 2 new full-size beds and the living room has a memory foam sleeper sofa for extra comfort (must bring your own bath towels). Updated bathroom. Building includes parking, elevator, sundeck with grills and heated pool with separate kiddie pool. Unit includes central A/C and heat with 2 flatscreen tv's. Great location for families. Condo Unit is steps to the beach and near all boardwalk attractions. North Wildwood also boasts great restaurants and night life. Gorgeous Cape May is only 20mins away. Must be 25 years or older to check-in or rent as per our condo association guidelines. Unit #510 is located on the fifth floor. We do not offer seasonal rentals.
