Positive: For an older camper it's cute , a little on small size if you're tall. It's close to Indian Mounds Park boat ramp witch is the Intercoastal. Also close to Down town Old Englewood. Witch if you have children that would like to meet Danny Duncan or see his home town. Also a Short drive to Englewood Beach.

Negative: After booking and paying for non refundable stay was notified by owner of the $100.00 cleaning fee. That had to be paid before receiving the code to unlock door. The fee was not advertised nor listed on Booking.com. And the Bikes were locked up in shed, so unable to use.
