The eat in kitchen over looks the backyard The stackable washer and dryer in the corner of the kitchen is situated in true cottage style. A sitting room with french doors, completes the one level living area. There are hard wood floors throughout the house with the exception of the kitchen. If you are visiting and want to try new restaurants and sites, our cottage is conveniently located. West Harwich is nestled in between Dennis Port and Harwich Port. Harwich Port Happenings:
Our cottage is a half a mile to Pleasant Road Beach in Harwich. One can park there with a vacation beach permit obtained online ( during high season). If you are visiting off season, no permit is necessary. It is two miles to Harwich Port where so many eating establishments thrive. Perks Beer Garden and The Port Restaurant are just two that offer relaxing, yet lively dining experiences. If you have an event at Wychmere Beach Club, it is 2.4 miles down the road to the east. If college baseball is an interest of yours, our cottage is 3.2 miles away from Whitehouse field, the home field for the Harwich Mariners of the Cape Cod Baseball League. Dennis Port Doings: The Pelham House Resort is 1.2 miles from our house. The Harwich Junior Theatre is four tenths of a mile to the west of our house, The Wee Packet family restaurant is a half mile down the road as well. If homemade ice cream is your thing, the original Sundae School in Dennis Port is a little more than a half mile down the road. There are so many Cape favorites nearby to enjoy!
