The staircase leads to a loft bedroom with two queen beds and a great view! There is a private primary bedroom on the first floor with a King bed. The third bedroom located on the bottom floor has a queen bed and a full, attached bathroom. There is also a twin futon sleeper and features a wood-burning stove. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living area. Newly added 1,200 sf wraparound deck large enough for everyone to relax and enjoy the scenery. There is an outdoor charcoal park grill for grilling. Other features include large capacity washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker, Wi-Fi internet and Satellite TV, flat screens are streamable, newly refurbished, plenty of parking, within minutes (6 miles) of the popular ski town Ellicottville, NY!
