Summary: None of the airport vans I saw (I waited for a while) actually had the City Express logo on them. The second time the van came around I was thinking, “no that’s still not mine” but the driver got out and said all the hotel names and I was like, “oh that is for my hotel!” Glad was listening! Breakfast and coffee at the hotel were great—they have a fancy coffee machine that makes lattes. Only the tiny, dessert-sized paper plates were available though. No ice bucket in the room, and oddly, no hand soap by the sink. So I’d step into the shower and squirt body wash onto my hands. I was told this is Marriott’s brand standard: to not have soap by the sink. TV only had a few channels and would just turn itself off after a few seconds if you chose a “wrong” channel. Fitness room had a bench but no weights other than a few sizes of medicine balls. So—meh? Fine overall but the small details weren’t all there. At least put the logo on the van, please.
