Summary:
This beautiful home in the heart of South Philly has hardwood floors throughout with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and new bathrooms! The fully finished basement living/lounge area is ideal for movie nights & game nights- big sectional couch, large coffee table with sixty tv and mood lighting to help make the night special! There is a large private back patio with tall privacy fencing and the primary bedroom has a small balcony perfect for cup of coffee with your significant other. You will love the art, decor and plant life throughout that really makes you feel at home!

The Space:
You will fall in love with this modern boho style space! As you walk in, you'll be greeted by a large open dining room/ kitchen layout with plants, art and decor to make you feel right at home! The space includes a large private patio filled with plants, seats and an outdoor dining setup. The basement is finished with a large sectional, a love seat, mood lighting and 60" LED TV. Basement also has a full bathroom and new energy efficient washer & dryer. Upstairs has three bedrooms and three full baths. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office space with large desk & a monitor. Each bedroom has a full or queen bed. (Note 2nd bedroom shows single. It is a full size bed now, pictures updated this week) The primary bedroom, on the 3rd floor, has its own private bathroom and balcony with beautiful city view.

5. No Unauthorized Guests Allowed – You are not permitted to have guests that are not listed in the reservation. Special situations (ie. Local friend stopping by) need to be communicated with your host. You are responsible for each guest not cleared by the host. $40/person over the reservation amount in the home.
6. No Parties – we do not authorize parties at our home. Noise complaints from neighbors, having unauthorized guests that cause damage or “trashing” the home may result in fines up to $450.
7. Noise Levels - Please be kind and neighborly to the people living around the home. Keep noise levels low at all times and please keep quiet hours of 10pm – 6am

Summary: My husband and 2 of his siblings and spouses went to Philly for a short visit with family. The house was beautiful very clean and accommodated the six of us perfectly. The back porch was great for coffee in the morning and the lower floor has a nice sitting area to relax in. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room for all. We were able to easily get to the pier and casino after spending the day with extended family. Both Liam and Mike were very responsive to any questions and communicated in a timely manner. I would definitely stay there again.
