Cottage 1 at The Villas at Marker 48 is our most popular cottage for groups, having 4 bedrooms/2 full baths, sleeping 12! Bedroom 1 has 2 queens, Bedroom 2 has 1 queen, Bedroom 3 has 1 full and 1 twin and Bedroom 4 has 1 queen and 1 twin bed. It boasts a lakeview and is conveniently located next to the pool. A great place for a family reunion or a fishing getaway! This cottage has recently been updated with new bedding and freshly stocked kitchen.
Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. We also provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags.
