Kitchen has the essentials including coffee maker, toaster and stock pot for your shrimp boil. Outdoor space equal to three rooms -- front and back deck, choose sunshine or shade. Under the house is completely screened in with ceiling fan, couch for a nap, minifridge and shower with hot and cold water. Full-size clothes dryer added Feb. 2026.
