19 Tomahawk is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom two-story home. The first floor consists of a king bedroom, a full bathroom, and a two-twin bedroom. The newly completed upstairs is configured with one king bedroom, full bathroom, and a two-twin bedroom with Smart TV. There is a separate coffee bar with a seating area. Linens, comforters, and towels are provided along with soap, toilet paper, kleenex, and blow dryers. The upstairs can also be accessed via a private outdoor staircase. Air conditioning is available upstairs. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. 19 Tomahawk is not pet-friendly (no pets allowed). No smoking in home or backyard. This home will not exceed eight (8) guests.
19 Tomahawk has a very private backyard on a greenbelt with open space. A wood deck with table and seating for 8 is under a huge tree providing shade during the summer. The BBQ is located on the deck for summer grilling.
The front yard is fenced in with two chairs on the front porch. Bring your baseballs, bats, and soccer balls to enjoy the grassy field right in front of the house. This is also a great location to watch the 4th of July fireworks celebration. There is parking for a maximum of two cars.
The main floor has a family room with gas fireplace, large cozy RH leather couches, Smart TV, chess and tick-tac-toe. The dining seats 8 people with another gas fireplace adding to the ambience.
The kitchen is open with a butcher block island. Viking stove top with single oven, microwave, icemaker, dishwasher, and refrigerator round out the appliances. Kitchen comes with cleaning products, wraps and storage bags, paper towels, and garbage bags. Kitchen includes all cooking necessities, silverware, glassware, plateware, etc. Stock up on your preferred provisions for meals. Keurig coffee maker will require your own coffee pods. Enjoy the view from the kitchen to the grassy backyard. There is a small bar just off the kitchen for adult beverages. A full-size washer and dryer are also off the kitchen (soap provided).

Guests will have access to Gray Eagle Lodge as a staging ground for your adventures in the Lakes Basin. The Lakes Basin offers hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Bar and restaurant also available.
This convenient location offers exploration of the village of Graeagle which is within walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, the Mill Pond and Outpost, pickle ball/tennis, and wine tasting are highlights. The famous Graeagle grocery store is a short walk away. Other attractions include golfing at the five mountain courses, e-bike rentals, minigolf, Graeagle Stables and Gold Lake stables, and local breweries.
The Sierra Valley Preserve and Nature Center is a short drive from 19 Tomahawk. The center offers trails and birding in the ecosystem of the Sierra Valley.
