This 4 Bedroom contemporary home is perfectly located in old town Scottsdale, Arizona. Featuring 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Double Bedroom, and a room with 3 individual twin beds, this home can accommodate up to 6 adults, and up to 4 children. This home is newly furnished and remodeled, and provides an exceptionally clean and comfortable place from which to launch your Arizona adventures. This home is also a dedicated vacation home, and no personal items of the homeowner are left on site. Walk or bike to most old town Scottsdale attractions, including Scottsdale Stadium, the Spring Training home of the San Francisco Giants. The number of gourmet restaurants, breweries, wine bars, and nightclubs are too numerous to mention, and transportation around the area is a breeze. This home is nestled just off the busiest portions of the town, and will provide a bit of a reprieve from the hustle and bustle. Numerous bike share companies operate in the area, and it is not uncommon to find bikes available within a couple hundred yards of the the front door. 2 Full bathrooms, one in the master suite with a shower only, and the other a common bath with a bathtub/shower combo are available for guests. Bath linens are included, and basis soap and shampoo are provided by us as well. The kitchen is large and spacious, and is fully equipped with stove, oven, full size fridge with icemaker, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffeemaker. The kitchen is also stocked with dinnerware, drinkware, and silverware for 10, and numerous pots, pans, bowls, and utensils are at your disposal for cooking. A 4 place breakfast table is situated in the far nook of the kitchen area, and a larger dining room table flanks the kitchen and living room, and can accommodate at least six. The bedrooms all feature either a closet or wardrobe, and the master bedroom has a small walk in closet. Bed linens are all provided as part of your stay. A small stack washer and dryer is also in the home, and available for your use during your stay. An extra roll-a-way bed will be provided if you book for an additional 10th person only. This roll-a-way is twin (single) size, and can be moved to a location in the house as you see fit. Children are always welcome! We recommend bringing a portable crib ("pack n play") if you need to accommodate small children, and there is no extra charge for a few extra children over the standard 10 capacity, as long as guest provides provisions for sleeping. **PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING** Unless an alternative request is made with host, Bedrooms #1 and #2, (the master king bedroom and queen bedroom), will be provided for bookings of 4 or fewer people. Bedrooms #1, #2, and #3 will be provided for bookings of 5 guests, and all bedrooms will be provided for bookings of 6 or more guests. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST ACCESS TO ALTERNATIVE BEDROOMS IF ACCOMODATIONS DIFFER FROM THOSE ABOVE. A small 1 car car port is attached to the home for guest use as well. The back yard is very basic and features decorative rock and some trees and shrubs. There is no pool or spa on site. Unfortunately, we do NOT allow pets. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON PREMISES.
