Welcome to our oceanfront/beachfront home located at 1834A S Shore Dr, Surf City, NC 28445.
This newest edition is a three story single family oceanfront private escape. The views are SPECTACULAR. We offer 3 levels of private oceanfront decking, two outdoor showers and an oceanfront outdoor entertaining area with a charcoal grill and also includes a new 6.75’ x 6.75’ Nordic Hot Tub that seats 7.
Our location is IDEAL in Surf City on Topsail Island. We are on a quiet stretch of the beach surrounded by other homes but are still only 2 miles south of the pier and all of the shops and restaurants.
We have installed new LVP flooring ( No CARPET in this HOME) and purchased new smart TVs - one for every bedroom and one in the living room.
The home interior has been freshly painted and has new decor, new linens, new mattresses, new furniture, new sheets and towels and completely refreshed amenities.
The oceanfront balcony offers captains chairs so you can see over the railings for unobstructed ocean views.
The driveway can accommodate at least 5 cars.
We provide 10 brand new beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys.
We offer laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen including spices and pantry items, keurig and K-cups,hand soap, hair dryer in every bathroom / shampoo/conditioner, body wash and toilet paper and paper towels to get you started.
We will consider your 4 legged family members on a case by case basis and a $100 refundable pet fee. Please tell us about your pup. We will consider up to 2 dogs and kindly ask that no dogs be allowed in or on any of the beds. We are sorry but we do not allow cats.

Two comfortable portable beds with memory mattresses are available to sleep two extra people. We have determined these are much more comfortable and more flexible than a sleeper sofa as they can be used in any room in the home - even outside for the adventurous type.
We do not offer discounts of any kind. We offer an extremely high level of service, flexibility and a ton of amenities not found in most beach rentals.
