This open and airy home is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to everything cool about Nashville. Paint the town red, have a cocktail on the deck, or curl up with a blanket and a movie. Each of the three bedrooms has a comfortable, pillow-top, queen size bed with fluffy pillows and cotton sheets. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a seating area with a full size futon and a walk-in closet. Deluxe queen air mattress available for large groups of 8 or more. The second full bathroom is located between the other 2 bedrooms and right off the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all non-food necessities and includes an eat-in area and access to the deck and fenced in back yard. The neighborhood- Our neighborhood is one of the coolest in the country. You are located 1 mile from a local brewery, coffee shops, and lots of well known restaurants (like Rosepepper) where you can sip on a fresh margarita and enjoy Tex Mex style food. Within 2 miles there is a park with a golf course, walking trails, and baseball area. 2 miles in another direction is the ever popular 5 points and shops on Fatherland with more bars, restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. 1.7 miles away from a Kroger for any food or forgotten necessities. 2.3 miles to our beloved local health food store. You are less than 5 miles from downtown for lots of live music, honky tonks, restaurants, museums, Bridgestone Arena, and the Ryman Auditorium. Nashville has become an amazing foodie town with more events and cool places than we can tell you in this post. We will send you lots of suggestions for favorite places after booking. Getting around- We are so fortunate to have the convenience of Uber and Lyft. Usually a $5 ride anywhere on the East side and $10 to downtown. Prices vary depending on events and time of day.
