Positive: The staff were exceptional throughout our entire brief stay. Booking.com messed our reservations up by having us coming to stay Sunday and thought it was booked for Saturday 4/25. I called the front desk staff ama he fixed it without a problem. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We met the cleaning staff from the third floor and you could tell she takes pride in her work. She's work for your hotel cleaning for over 20 years and made it a point to ask us if everything was clean as we were leaving. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, well maintained and supplied. This was one of the better hotels we've stayed across the country. I don't typically leave reviews but your hotel deserves positive feedback.
