This newly remodeled fully furnished home sleeps 30 and is located on Upper Main St in historic Old Town Park City, Utah. It is walking distance to the best dining, shopping and entertainment venues that Park City has to offer. Ride the free Main St. Trolley or Walk to the in-town Chair Lift to hit all of your favorite ski runs. There are three major world-class ski resorts, the best golf courses, hiking and mountain biking trails just one minute away!
This 3800 sq ft villa has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 1 Loft Room on four separate floors that invite a lot of privacy and comfort. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and private full bath. The master has its own walk-in closet and a huge bathroom with large soaker tub along with separate shower. This provides plenty of space for all your items. Two of the other bedrooms upstairs have really nice, brand new queen bunk beds, or if you don't need the bunks you can just use the lower queen bed. The third bedroom upstairs is set up as another master suite with a king bed and a bathroom. The first floor has a really large room with 2 sets of queen bunks, a private bathroom and it's own kitchen! Each of these 4 rooms also have room for lots of storage.
On the main level, you will find the family room and kitchen and another bathroom. The kitchen appliances are all high end and top of the line making for your own gourmet kitchen! The home comes with all cooking supplies there ready to be used. The family room has a large 12 x 12 sectional, multiple chairs, 5 bar stools and a large 12 person table. It also has a gas burning fireplace. There is a large grill right on the deck off of the kitchen. The back patio off of the upstairs loft has an oversized 8-10 man hot tub, and a ton of privacy for games and hanging out. There is a 1 car garage with parking for 2 more cars, one in the driveway, one in front of the home. For more parking there is a city parking lot about 1 minute walking down the road.
This house is beautifully decorated with all brand new furniture. Everything is high end and all linens and towels included.
The biggest draw of the home is that you are on Upper Main Street on Daly. You can walk out of your home and be at world class restaurants, shops etc. in under 3 minutes.
There are 2 huge decks set up for hanging out and enjoying the scenery and fun life of upper Main Street on Daly.
There is a big 8 man hot tub on the back patio and a fire pit with tons of privacy. It's my favorite part of the house to hang out because you are all secluded and cozy outside under the stars. Tons of privacy!
