Summary: One of a kind historic Townhome located in the City Center and close to everything Philadelphia has to offer. You'll feel right at home in this carefully designed and decorated townhome that features a large tile mural by famous Philadelphia artist Isaiah Zagar. Relax and unwind in the huge soak tub after you spend the day touring all the nearby attractions. Have your morning coffee out on the patio while the flowering trees provide cover. A perfect place to spend time with friends and family! The Space: The first floor of the home is the kitchen and dining area. There is a large expandable table for group dinners. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for cooking meals at home. The basement serves as the living room area and has a large, very comfortable sectional sofa. There is a 55 inch TV in the basement with cable and Netflix. There is a half bathroom in the basement. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a trundle bed (two single twin beds) and also has a small desk for working. It also has a balcony overlooking the patio. The second bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed and also has a TV with cable and Netflix. There is a full size bathroom on this floor. The third floor serves as the master suite. It has a king size bed and a massive walk in closet. The master bath features a soak tub and glass enclosed shower. There is also a loft on this floor that has another trundle bed. Families with children have noted that the steps are a bit steep. This is something to keep in mind if you have children. We do provide two baby gates. Guest Access: The entire house! The Neighborhood: The house is located in the center of the Midtown Neighborhood of Philadelphia. You are one block from the Broad Street Subway line which takes you down to the Sports Stadiums or up to Temple University. You are nearby many amazing restaurants including Barbuzzo, Valanni, Vetri, Jamonera, Sampon, Vedge and many more. Additionally, you are one or two blocks from many of Philadelphia's most popular bars including McGillians, Ubahn, Bru, Graffitti Bar, Opa, Frankie Bradley's and many more. You are only a few minutes Uber to the Liberty Bell, the Art Museum and the Convention Center. Getting Around: You are only a block away from the Broad Street Subway line.
