Positive: The lady at the front desk was great. I think her name was Megan (not sure if I spelled that right or if that was even her name..it's what I remember). She not only knew her job but everyone else's too. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was for their pancake machine. My kids love it. Anyway, when we went down for breakfast the pancake machine was off. I asked about it at the front desk and Megan investigated it. I heard the lady attending the breakfast area tell her they were out of the mix. Megan didn't just leave it at that. She started looking through the cabinet and quickly found some. Day saved! Pancakes may be a little thing but Megan turned what may have been a disappointing start of the day into a good start to the day. Thanks.

Negative: To tell you the truth, compare to the first two hotels we stayed at on our trip, this hotel was perfect. It may all be relative but I don't have anything to complain about.

Summary: Good hotel made better by good people.
