Summary: Tried checking in at 3:50pm. Room wasn’t ready they said it would be an hour. Found out the rooftop bar and restaurant and their other bar is closed during the week. Only open for breakfast. What a disappointment! Then a guest came back and said they gave them a dirty room. Our room ended up being ready in 20 min. Found dirty sock in room and 2nd day we got no new towels. They were promptly brought to us. Changed a lot since we stayed here 8 yrs ago. Won’t be back. It’s just ok. The closed bar/restaurant being the main reason. I guess some places just didn’t recover from the pandemic
