Summary: Room floor was not clean when we checked in. I washed the bathroom floor with a wash cloth. We requested house keeping every other day ~ that didn’t happen. The bed was made and towels replaced twice, after we asked. Hubby had to get clean towels for us three times, also more toilet paper and asked to refill coffee pods. No more coffee ~ sorry! What?
