Positive: The room was cozy and in a nice area, close enough to get to things quickly and far enough away that it wasn't super loud/busy. The person running it was super helpful, we had an issue with the booking.com and the booking process, but she resolved the issue quickly and made it not a hassle to stay or figure the payment out!
