Positive: Location

Negative: Beds were uncomfortable, tv is outdated, no hot water for bath first night, steps to enter residence were not accessible during snow event. We had to shovel stairs and driveway, all three days, multiple times.

Summary: For the money, I expect a clear safe path to enter the residence. I also expected updated ammentities.
