Located on Hutchinson Island, The Treasure Coast, your rental will include access to all the Village has to offer, including 4 heated pools, multiple beach access points all within walking distance, 9 hole golf course, multiple tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, basketball, gym, pickleball courts, and library. Get out and play a quick 9 holes or tennis match before meeting the family at the beach, or pool, or both. NOTE: Please note that most of the activities on site such as shuffle board, bocce, etc. have a fee, mostly $2, for equipment rental at the recreation office. Only a short bike ride to the Pierce Jetty or enjoy a nice afternoon in historic downtown Fort Pierce. Summary: We have stayed in this community many times but our first time at this condo. The place was exactly as it is described. It was clean with all the amenities you would need already there in the condo. The beds were comfortable and clean, they had perfect internet and great TV, had plenty of towels and wash cloths and the air conditioner kept the place comfortable. Only issue we had was some sugar ants in the kitchen, which are very common in Florida. Didn't bother us at all but I let the owner know about them. He had someone over very quickly and they were gone by the next morning. The owner Greg was great to deal with and even reached out to see if there was anything he could do or help with to make our stay better. The golf course and the new pool were great as always. We will try to stay here again next time we come down.
