Full outdoor furniture set on patio as well as build-in barbecue grill. $95/day to heat pool/jacuzzi (opt). NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere on the property indoor or out. This includes cigarettes, tobacco, and marijuana. This is my primary residence, so some of my personal belongings will be present.
