The Space:
This dog-friendly North Lake Tahoe vacation rental cabin has 3BD/2.5BA and many fantastic updates. A newly-remodeled luxury kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances allows for endless culinary possibilities for those that enjoy to cook. The custom kitchen remodel puts this vacation rental in its own league.
The remodel included a new half bathroom downstairs for added convenience. The living area features cozy living room space, a gas fireplace and high-quality platform couch beds. A new 60" flat screen TV and gas fireplace make for a relaxed setting. The front deck with updated deck furniture and gas grill allow for entertaining and fun in the Lake Tahoe sun!
All bedrooms have upgraded beds. The master bedroom has a California King bed with attached full bathroom. The bunk room has a full/twin bunk. The bunk room is a comfortable place for kids or adults to sleep. At the end of hallway is the third bedroom with queen bed and just outside the door is a full bathroom.
Location, Location! The Miller Cabin is conveniently located steps away from hiking/biking trails as well as minutes from local beaches. Agate Bay is conveniently located between all major ski resorts, restaurants, shopping, beaches and offers an array of outdoor activities.
All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.
Important:
On March 11th 2022, Placer Countyimplemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.
Some Highlights Include:
•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplifiedsound.
•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.
•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4
Due to extreme fire danger - the use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is stricly prohibited at any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood-burning BBQ's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
