Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers year-round recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, and motorized and non-motorized water sports. Our mountain town has a short summer season, which means a compressed window for construction. New homes and road work happen quickly between June and September. While we update listings when we're aware of neighboring projects, we don't always have advance notice. We have no control over neighboring sites or noise, and unfortunately cannot provide refunds due to construction.
