Charming Rancho Mirage house in small, quiet neighborhood of 30 homes.
There is a medium size community lap pool directly across from the house.
The home consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, Each Bedroom has its own Bathroom!!( the 3rd bedroom is a queen fold out couch). with a private dipping pool and jacuzzi.
NEWLY ADDED OUTDOOR CABANA WITH a 55 INCH TV.
2 bedrooms- each has a bathroom, living room and kitchen opens to a beautiful backyard surrounded by fruit trees and bougainvillea walls. The home is great for entertaining or simply relaxing by the private pool or outdoor fireplace.
The Home is located close to the best and Finest shopping in the Valley.
from the Westfield mall (3 mi) and the Riverwalk (1 mi) to the designer shops that line El Paseo. The home is impeccably well maintained, includes many amenities, and is in a fantastic location...you will not be disappointed. See seasonal rate schedule.
