- No smoking or vaping inside. If smoke is detected, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.
-Pets are allowed for an extra charge of $150 per pet, per stay. Please just let us know ahead of time if you plan on bringing your pet so we can arrange for the cleaning. Pet needs to be trained. Any damage will be charged to the reservation; Please CLEAN UP after your pet in the backyard. Failure to do so may incur a $50 charge for extra yard cleaning. Thank you for helping keep our property tidy and clean.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, including the backyard. During this time, please refrain from loud music or any noisy activities to respect our neighbors. If quiet hours are not observed, we may need to issue a warning and $500 penalty.
- Parties are strictly NOT allowed. If a party is detected, a $1000 fee will be charged and cops will be sent to the house immediately. And all of guests will be required to vacate the property without exception.
- Indoor fireplace is not allowed to use for safety purpose
