3 Bedroom Cabin in Loma Linda, Pagosa Springs
This wonderful vacation home is located in the Loma Linda area of Pagosa Springs, about 10 minutes from downtown and 30 or so minutes to Wolf Creek. You'll enjoy the large lot that is set back from the quiet road with plenty of room for the children to play and perfect to watch the deer, turkey's and possible bear from the decks. There is a hot tub in back with a patio that's perfect for outdoor eating.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. On the main level as you enter from the front door, you go up a few steps to enter in the living room where you'll be enjoy the wonderful mountain views. There's plenty of room for hanging out and playing games, etc. The kitchen is open to the living room and is well stocked for in home cooking. Down the hall, you'll find 2 more queen bed bedrooms that share a common full bathroom. There is a sun room on the back side that opens to the back yard which has a trundle bed and also has a powder room that's easily accessible to the outdoors.
Upstairs is the large queen bed master bedroom and private bath and also an office area outside the bedroom overlooking the living room.
This home is very comfortable and has great decks to enjoy all of the outdoor wonders of Colorado.
This home does not allow the indoor wood fireplace to be used and there is no fire pit outside anymore.
