NorthBay GetAway is nestled in the woods of Lake Arrowhead. This 2,700 sq. ft. cabin designed by Kenny Anderson is the perfect mountain get-away for large and small families or groups. With three levels facing amazing views of the surrounding mountains and lake, each floor features an open concept plan with a focus on comfort. With its central location close to Lake Arrowhead Village and Blue Jay Village, anything you might need from entertainment to shopping is just a quick drive away. In the winter, Snow Valley Mountain Resort is only 30 minutes and offers prime skiing and snowboarding.
The cabin can sleep 10 adults effortlessly and features a balcony deck on each floor. The level entry opens onto a living room featuring vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, TV with surround sound, and leather couches. The Chef in the family will enjoy cooking delicious meals in the overlooking, fully upgraded kitchen which comes fully equipped with everything you might need, including a 6 burner gas range stove. The dining room table seats 8 people comfortable but allows for 2 more seats to be added. Outside dining and relaxing on the upper deck is readily available with lots of seating options, remote controlled awnings, a gas fire pit, and a gas barbeque.
All 3 bedrooms are located on the central floor. The master suite features a king size bed with deck access to the outside Jacuzzi, a gas fireplace, TV, and its own double vanity ensuite. The other bedrooms feature one queen sized bed and one bunk and day bed with family room connection to the full bath on this level. The family room includes a sauna, TV, gas fireplace, a large pullout sofa bed, and deck access to seating and the Jacuzzi. The laundry room is also located on this level in between the bedrooms with an easy to use, water efficient washer and dryer.
Venturing down to the bottom floor you will find a fully set game room featuring a large pool table and many available board games and puzzles. This floor also includes a love seat sofa, organ piano, and deck access that leads to the ground floor where you can find a lovely wooden swing for two and a short trail.
Other amenities include: high speed wireless internet, Cable TV, DVD players, book libraries for all ages, board/card games, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, and central AC and heat.
**Please note that this cabin was purchased with the intention of being a getaway home and a place of relaxation. It is expected that all guests treat the home and environment with respect.
