Summary: The location was convenient. As mentioned in other reviews, the smells and sounds from the other family in the duplex travel into this side. The property was not clean to the level expected. There were splatters from cooking on the stove when we arrived, a used bandaid on a chair, chunky liquid soap in the bathrooms, stains on the couch, trash cans in the front yard, and one of the faucets didn’t work super well.
