Summary: The house is new, decorated tastefully with high quality furnishings that are uncommon in a rental. The house was spotlessly clean and the property manager was very responsive when we had a small issue. The view out the back of the house is tranquil and beautiful. Our only issue, because we were staying for a couple weeks, is the road the house is on is not walkable. You can't hear the road noise at the house, but if you want to get out and walk regularly, this location is challenging. For a weekend in wine country, it's a beautiful setting and a high-quality home that is a rare find in rentals.
