Downstairs there's a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and bedroom/game room. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Outside there's a large fenced yard w/basketball court, backyard pickleball court, fire pit, covered patio seating, bbq grill, non-heated swimming pool and separate hot tub.

Summary: My kids loved all of the backyard activities and were outside for hours! Communication was excellent. There is a swamp cooler in the game room but the rest of the house has central air, just as an FYI if you're not used to that.
