You will enjoy an open floor plan and large covered deck with a private hot tub less than 20 feet from lakeshore. Enjoy the provided kayaks, a wide variety of wildlife, and fish from either your front yard or the 3 docks located on the property, or if you have a boat you want to bring we have a private covered dock slip that you can rent for an additional $30.00 per night! Let us know if you are interested and we will make that available for you. There are quiet coves for kayaking or canoeing. Paved biking and walking trails are next door at Empire Park, as well as an 18 hole disc golf course! An extra large crystal clear swimming pool awaits you in the summer. We are only 20 minutes to Branson and the many activities located there!
