Located in the Northern River Village area of Sunriver, this large, secluded, luxury 5-bedroom, 5.5 bath home sleeps 10 and is an entertainer's and explorer's dream! Great for family gatherings and ski weekends. Large open great room with wet bar; adjacent dining room and open gourmet kitchen with island bar, featuring picture windows and surrounded by a wide wrap-around deck overlooking partial riverfront and mountain views. Huge luxury master suite with fireplace, and two more suites featuring king size beds and adjoining bathrooms. Remaining two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The house also includes a family room, large outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and downstairs deck with outdoor dining area. HD televisions in the great room, family room and master bedroom - three more TVs in the guest bedrooms.
Set on a half acre in a quiet cul-de-sac separate from most Sunriver homes, the home backs up to a lush meadow located on a bend of the Deschutes River. Bring your fly rod and hiking boots to explore the area! Also includes 10 passes to Sunriver's 20 million-dollar year-round water park (SHARC) & sledding hill (winter)! The home is two minutes away from the Woodlands Golf Course and 35 - 40 minutes from Mt. Bachelor. There is a foosball table in the family room and table tennis in the 3-car garage. We offer a 5% discount for all 7-night, or longer, rentals.
