This Fairfield town home is nestled in the foothills with nearby access to shopping, Ventana Canyon golf course, some of the best hiking in the southwest,and walking in Sabino Canyon. Walking trails are easily accessed in this neighborhood. The view from the back patio is of the city, and there is a front view of the Catalina Mountains. Across the street is a lovely community pool, Jacuzzi, and tennis court.
This town home is on one level. Park your car in the double garage and access the separate laundry room and adjacent kitchen within a few steps. The remodeled kitchen is completely stocked with everything one would need. The great room has a corner fireplace and is furnished with table and 4 chairs for dining, a large sectional and chair, HD TV, CD, DVD.
