This brand new home is located at the beginning of Royal Harbor and conveniently located within walking to desirable 5th Avenue-Downtown location. The home was built with resort lifestyle in mind. The front entrance gives you a panoramic view of an oversized lanai, designed for enjoying outdoor living with the infinity pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining table and chaise lounges.
