It is located in the 40-story residential condo tower adjoining the magnificent Setai oceanfront resort hotel. The Setai is an intimate, oceanfront resort that combines simplicity and elegance. The apartment is unique in the building in that it has 18 foot floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment is 1250 sf and has 2 terraces (one with an ocean view), 3 flatscreen TV's with premium cable channels, a high-speed internet access, Subzero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, stove/oven and a washer/dryer in laundry closet. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin-beds.
Residents have full use of the hotel facilities. This includes: full-service spa, fitness center, fine dining restaurants and bars, room service, private full service beachside service, 3 hotel pools, each a different temperature.
