All three stories have covered decks that look down over nearby Alto Lake, which offers fishing, boating, picnic tables, and a well-maintained trail along Eagle Creek. Hikers lucky enough to take this one-mile trail are rewarded with waterfalls, at the end!
Guests arriving at this property will enjoy covered parking for at least four vehicles. Heading up the few steps to the front door area, a covered sitting area greets visitors. The entryway immediately opens up into the open concept living area & dining room that spills over into the kitchen. The living room has wood flooring, plush seating in front of a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to the upper deck, which offers outdoor seating and a gas grill.
Progressing through the well-lit living room under the vaulted ceilings, a long dining table has ample room for eight. The adjoining kitchen features modern appliances and a window over the sink offering that same magnificent view. A bedroom with a king-size bed is also on this top, ground level. This bedroom has a private vanity and shower, a flat-screen TV, a window with a view, a ceiling fan, and a spacious closet. A separate door passes through to a bathroom with a sink and toilet.
