There is a great room for family gatherings, an open kitchen, a woodburning fireplace, separate game room with a pool table and an indoor hot tub/steam shower. A new 65"' Smart LCD HDTV with Wi-fi in the living room. 75 Anthracite is a custom built home in the Elk Run subdivision. It is located off the Gold Link/Painter Boy Chairlifts, Homeowners trail run. The Homeowner's Trail is a groomed, blue (intermediate) run to the house. This home has 4 bedroom plus a loft (with bath) and four bathrooms. There is a indoor hot tub and a pool table in the game room. You will enjoy incredible 270 degree views.
The bedding for 75 Anthracite is (med-firm) king in the master bedroom (2022) , a king (2014) + queen in the third bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds , two new (2015) queen beds and two twins in the loft. This house will sleep 17 adults. A vehicle is needed in order to get to town. 4-wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter, and required under heavy snow conditions. Secured High Speed Wireless Internet. ***During Christmas, New Year's, and Spring Break there is a seven night minimum, please call for exceptions. There is a $595 one-time housekeeping charge. There is also a $5000 refundable damage deposit, for excessive housekeeping and or damages..
