4 Bedroom Cottage in Downtown, Pismo Beach

The Pismo Cottage has been loving restored.
The Cottage is 4 bedroom and sleeps NINE (9) in beds.
There are 4 full baths (2 are ensuite)
1 1/2 blocks to the beach
Perfect for family reunions or a long week lounging at the beach!
For multiple family stays there is also a one bedroom 1 1/2 bath cottage (sleeps 4) located on the same property. This is not included in the price of the house-it is an additional cost
In total the 2 units sleep 13 in beds.
The space:
The 100 year old cottage was remodeled in 2014 with all modern amenities-top of the line appliances and slate floors and tile throughout. The beach is 1 1/2 blocks away!.
You can park (free) on the property and walk everywhere downtown.
There is free robust wi fi and flat screen tv's in the family room, primary bedroom and downstairs bedroom-kids room.
In total there are 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 twin trundle and 1 queen sleeper sofa. The cottage has a storage unit that has a pack n' play crib, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and beach wagon. Free parking in the expansive driveway with lots of room for kids to skate or scooter or play ball safely. Out door living patio space has a bar b que, griddle and outdoor shower with hooks for towels. Storage room for bikes. Our property has exterior security cameras to insure the safety of our guests and their property but there are no interior cameras.

Summary: We stayed here a year ago and came back this year for 4 nights. Once again, the property is amazing and very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. And as before, Judi and her husband were highly supportive and great hosts, without question the best hosts we’ve every interacted with (we’ve stayed in VRBOs 2-4 times a year over about 10 years, usually for 4 nights). The house is exactly as described, a great place for larger families (we had 3 adults and 2 children this year). Plenty of style and character!
